The Disaster Assistance Project for Portions of Council District 3 was adopted on December 13, 1994 in response to the economic and physical recovery needs resulting from the Northridge Earthquake. Due to damage from the earthquake, Reseda has been designated one of the assistance project areas. In the next 5 to 10 years, Reseda will see much activity in the "downtown" district. For more information, see the CRA website.
